Vintage Diamond Letter M Charm of 14k Gold

This vintage charm (circa 1980-1990) features a 14k white gold letter M accented with 7 single cut diamonds in a frame of 14k yellow gold.

The piece measures 0.85 inches from the top of the jump ring to bottom by 0.5 inches wide and is in great condition.
