Georgian Hand Painted Dove Conversion Ring of 14k Gold

A spectacular love token ring created from a damaged Georgian pendant (circa 1790). Our jeweler transformed the piece by carefully removing the miniature and mounting it in 14k gold with a custom cut glass cover.

The ring is rich with amatory symbolism with two doves atop an alter with a wreath overhead. The original piece was likely a betrothal or marriage jewel.

The face of the ring measures 0.6 inches in diameter, and it is in great condition. The ring is a size 6, but it can be resized free of charge.
