Owl Ring | Antique Ring

Owls have long associations with wisdom and academic achievement. The Greek goddess of wisdom, Athena, was often depicted with an owl, as was her Roman counterpart Minerva.

This ring was created by riveting a an antique 14k gold stick pin head (circa 1880) onto a 10k gold and onyx ring (circa 1920).

The face of the ring measures 0.7 inches by 0.6 inches wide and is in very good condition. The ring is a size 5, but it can be resized free of charge.
