Rose Cut Diamond Ring | Antique Pin Conversion Ring

An elegant antique rose cut diamond from the Victorian era (circa 1840-1860).

This ring features a closed-back rose cut salt and pepper diamond flower. The flower was originally part of a silver topped 14k yellow gold brooch (circa 1840-1860) that our jeweler transformed by welding on a split 14k yellow gold ring band. The center diamond measures approximately 0.30 carat.

The overall condition is good, but there is an asymmetry to the center diamond.

Please Note: While this would be a lovely choice for an engagement ring, it would not be a ring suitable for everyday wear due to the closed back diamond which should not be exposed to water.

Materials: Diamond, Gold.
