Vintage Ruby and Diamond Cocktail Ring of 18k Gold

Dramatic swirls of synthetic rubies and diamonds accent this 1970s cocktail ring.

A fabulous 18k white gold ring is adorned with 22 faceted synthetic rubies and 23 round brilliant diamonds. The top of the ring measures 0.7 inches from top to bottom by 0.85 inches wide. The interior of the band is marked for 18k gold.

The center diamond measures 0.20 carat with G-H color, SI3 clarity, and there are 22 side diamonds. The total carat weight of all diamonds is 0.86ct.

The ring is currently a size 7 3/4, but it can be re-sized free of charge. It is in excellent condition.
