Enamel Violet Earrings | 14k Gold Flower Ring

Flowers had powerful meanings during the 19th and early 20th centuries, and purple violets, were given to represent that the giver’s thoughts were consumed with love.

These charming violet earrings are 14k gold with purple and white enamel petals and sparkling diamond centers. The flowers were originally part of an antique pin (circa 1910) transformed with the addition of new 14k gold ear wires.

Each flower measures 0.6 inches from top to bottom by 0.6 inches in width. They are in good condition; however, there was a bit of cold enamel restoration to the top right petal of one flower (visible only under magnification).
