An elegant sapphire and diamond charm created from an antique stick pin (circa 1910).

The 14k gold charm features a pale purple sapphire with a diamond accent.

The charm measures 0.75 inches from the top of the jump ring bail to the bottom of the charm by 0.4 inches wide, and it is in very good condition.
