Pansies symbolize a hope that love should not be forgotten.
A spectacular pendant or brooch from the turn-of-the-last-century, this purple and white pansy looks like it was just picked from the garden! The leaves are ornamented with hand painted enamel and half pearl accents, and a 0.25ct diamond glistens at its center.
This fabulous piece is fashioned of solid 14k yellow gold and the reverse is engraved "J.P.T to M.G.T Oct. 5 1901." It has a collapsible bail allowing it to be worn either as a pendant or a brooch.
The pansy measures 1.2 inches from top to bottom by 1 inch wide. It is in very good condition with a bit of cold enamel restoration to the top right petal (visible only under magnification).
We are providing the option to purchase the pansy with or without the 20 inch 10k gold chain depicted in the attached photos.
