Enamel Woman Brooch | Flower Brooch

During the turn of the nineteenth century, artisans were inspired by the changing roles of women in society and began depicting the free flowing feminine form in brooches, bracelets, rings and more.

This antique brooch (circa 1910) features a woman nestled in a pearl studded crescent adorned with enamel violets. The 14k gold brooch bears the makers mark for the renowned Krementz & Co. of Newark, NJ.

The piece measures 0.7 inches from top to bottom by 0.8 inches wide, and it is in very good condition with minimal enamel loss to the enamel on the violets.

Materials: Pearl, Gold.
