Rich in color and history, this pendant began its life as an antique hat pin (circa 1890) and has been thoughtfully transformed by our jeweler into a wearable work of art. The stem was removed and replaced with a custom 14k gold bail, preserving its antique charm while enhancing its versatility.
The design showcases a vibrant faceted amethyst, its royal purple hue symbolizing clarity, protection, and devotion. The gemstone is crowned by an elegant orb of textured 14k gold leaves, adding both depth and refinement to the composition.
The pendant measures approximately 1 inch from the top of the bail to the base by 0.55 inches wide, weighs 3.42 grams, and remains in excellent antique condition.
