A striking union of two antique treasures, this unique ring features a finely detailed gold lion with glittering diamond eyes, majestically poised atop a rich carnelian. The lion’s head—originally an antique, 14k gold stickpin (circa 1890)—has been expertly transformed by our jeweler, who removed the stem and riveted it onto an elegant antique signet ring (circa 1900) of 10k gold.
The face of the ring measures 0.5 inches by 0.6 inches and is presented in great condition. The metal content has been verified using XRF (x-ray fluorescence) analysis and confirmed with jeweler’s acid testing to ensure authenticity. Currently a size 7, the ring may be resized for an additional charge.
