A delicate antique pendant (circa 1900-1910), designed as a finely detailed violet flower rendered in soft pink enamel and centered with a luminous pearl. The violet, long associated with modesty and faithful affection, was a beloved motif at the turn of the century, reflecting the era’s appreciation for botanical symbolism and refined craftsmanship.
The pendant measures 1.2 inches from the top of the bail to the bottom and 0.9 inches wide, with a graceful weight of 4.03 grams, offering an elegant yet noticeable presence when worn.
It is presented in very good antique condition, with the pearl secure and the enamel well preserved. There is one minor area of wear to the enamel near the center pearl that is only visible upon very close inspection.
Metal authenticity has been professionally verified using XRF (X-ray fluorescence) analysis and traditional jeweler’s acid testing, confirming solid 14k gold construction.
