Egyptian Revival Snake Charm | Fire Opal & Diamond Snake Charm

Since ancient times, snakes have symbolized healing and transformation.

This intriguing Egyptian Revival charm was originally an antique stick pin (circa 1910). The charm features entwined snakes with tiny diamonds in their mouths wrapped around a dramatic fire opal.

The charm is 14k gold (unmarked, but acid tested) and measures 0.9 inches from top to bottom by 0.5 inches wide, and it is in good condition, but under magnification you can see some internal crazing to the fire opal.
