The pendant (circa 1910) features a pomegranate hued garnet heart surrounded by cream colored enamel with tiny half pearl accents. The pendant is 10k gold (marked) and we are providing the option to purchase it with or without the 16 inch 14k gold chain depicted in the photos.

The pendant measures 0.9 inches from the top of the bail to the bottom of the heart by 0.5 inches wide, and it is in great condition.
