RESERVED Antique Lizard Conversion Pendant of 18k Gold

Lizards, animals with a heightened sensitivity to their surroundings, are a symbolic reminder of self awareness, particularly through dream interpretation.

This substantial pendant features an 18k gold & platinum lizard with ruby eyes and sparkling rose cut diamonds along its back.

The piece is unmarked, but acid tests for 18k gold. It was originally an antique brooch (circa 1900-1910) transformed with the addition of a gold jump ring bail.

The pendant measures 2.1 inches from top to bottom by 1 inch wide, and it is in excellent condition. It weighs 10.4 grams.
