Snake Pendant | Antique Necklace

Since ancient times, snakes have been seen as entities of strength and renewal, making them popular symbols in jewelry design.

This dramatic snake pendant was originally an antique buckle (circa 1870-1890). The snake is hand etched 14k gold with a row of vibrant turquoise accents and garnet cabochon eyes.

The piece measures 3.5 inches from the top of the bail to bottom by 1.4 inches wide and is in excellent condition. We are providing the option to purchase the pendant with or without the 18 inch, 14k gold chain depicted in the photos.
