Victorian Leaded Glass Beetle Charm

This Victorian era charm (circa 1880) features a beetle of red leaded glass with simulated half pearls. The pendant is gold plated with a silver alloy on top and a 14k gold bail.

It measures 0.9 inches from the top of the bail to bottom by 0.6 inches wide and is in good condition with some minor wear to the simulated pearls and a small chip to one of the red glass eyes (visible only under magnification. There is also a tiny hole on the reverse of the piece.
