A graceful vintage pendant centered with a luminous moonstone cabochon, accented by a blue sapphire, creating a refined interplay of soft glow and rich color. The moonstone displays gentle adularescence, while the sapphire adds a subtle yet striking point of contrast.
Originally part of a vintage pin dating to the 1950s, the piece has been thoughtfully transformed by our jeweler through removal of the original pin findings and the addition of a 14 karat gold bail, allowing the historic element to be worn as a pendant.
The pendant measures 0.9 inches from the top of the bail to the bottom and 0.35 inches wide, with a weight of 1.73 grams, offering a delicate yet noticeable presence.
It is presented in great vintage condition, with stones secure and surfaces well preserved.
Metal authenticity has been professionally verified using XRF (X-ray fluorescence) analysis and traditional jeweler’s acid testing, confirming solid 14K gold construction.
