A refined pair of orthoclase moonstone dangle earrings, accented by baguette rubies and rose cut diamonds, mounted in platinum and 18 karat gold. The moonstones display soft, ethereal adularescence, beautifully complemented by the vivid rubies and the crisp brilliance of the diamonds, creating an elegant interplay of color and light.
These earrings were thoughtfully created by our jeweler from elements of Art Deco pins dating to circa 1920–1930, allowing the original antique components to be preserved and worn in a new form.
Each earring measures approximately 2.5 inches from the top of the ear wire to the base and 0.4 inches in width, with a combined weight of 6.6 grams. They offer graceful movement and a striking, elongated silhouette. The pair is presented in excellent condition, with all stones secure and the intricate detailing well preserved.
Metal authenticity has been professionally verified through XRF (X-ray fluorescence) analysis and traditional jeweler’s acid testing, confirming platinum and 18K gold construction. The gemstones have also been tested using Raman spectroscopy.
