Vintage Peridot Pendant | Antique 14k Gold Pendant

It is not certain from where the word "peridot" derived. Some believe it comes from the Greek word "peridona" meaning "giving plenty". This may be the reason peridot is associated with good fortune and prosperity.

This elegant pendant features a dazzling lime green peridot set in 14k gold.

The pendant measures 0.6 inches from top to bottom by 0.5 inches wide. It is in good condition with heavy wear to the surface of the stone visible under magnification and two small abrasions on the reverse.
