Woman in the Moon | Crescent Necklace

In Greek mythology, the crescent is said to represent Selene, goddess of the moon, who symbolized fertility and regeneration.

This charming celestial-inspired pendant was converted from an antique 14k gold brooch (circa 1910) by removing the pin findings and adding a gold bail. The piece features a woman's profile inside a crescent studded with tiny white half pearls.

The pendant measures 1.2 inches from the top of the bail to bottom by 0.9 inches wide. It is in very good condition, with a small chip to the nacre of one pearl (visible only under magnification).

We are providing the option to purchase with or without the 20 inch, 14k gold chain depicted in the photos.

Materials: Pearl, Gold.
