Antique Diamond Ruby and Onyx Insect Pendant of 14k Gold

This pendant features a platinum, diamond, and ruby insect atop an oval onyx mounted in 14k gold. The pendant was originally an antique brooch (circa 1880-1900), while the bail (also antique) is a later addition. The bail is silver topped 14k gold.

The pendant measures 1.75 inches from the top of the bail to bottom by 0.85 inches wide, and it is in excellent condition.
