Antique Enamel Woman Brooch: This antique 18k gold & iridescent enamel brooch (circa 1900-1910) features a woman with a diamond headdress. The brooch bears the maker's mark for the renowned American maker Whiteside & Blank of Newark, NJ.

During the turn of the nineteenth century, artisans working in the Art Nouveau style were inspired by the changing roles of women in society and began depicting the free flowing feminine form in brooches, bracelets, rings and more.

The piece measures 1 inch from top to bottom by 1 inch wide and weighs 8.52 grams. It is in great condition.
