Coral & Diamond Crowned Heart Pendant | Platinum Topped 14k Pendant on Optional 14k Chain

We created this one of a kind piece by dangling a vintage coral heart charm below a diamond crown that hangs from a 14k yellow gold bail. The platinum topped 14k yellow gold crown was originally part of an antique stick pin (circa 1900).

The pendant measures 1.1 inches from the top of the bail to the bottom of the heart by 0.45 inches wide. It is in very good condition, and we are providing the option to purchase the piece with or without the 18 inch 14k white gold chain depicted in the attached photos.
