Gargoyle Pendant | Silver Plated Pendant

Gargoyles were originally designed as water spouts to preserve a building's masonry, therefore many consider them to be symbols of protection.

This antique pendant (circa 1910) features a gargoyle or dragon of silver plated brass, with red and white glass accents.

The piece measures 2.1 inches from the top of the bail to bottom by 1.4 inches wide. It is in good condition with some wear to the silver plating -- especially on the back of the piece.
