This 14k gold horseshoe charm was originally an antique stickpin (circa 1900). The horseshoe features a deep blue sapphire surrounded by closed back rose cut diamonds.

The piece measures 0.65 inches tall by 0.4 inches wide, and it is in good condition with some darkening to the closed backs beneath the diamonds.
