Violet Pendant | Antique Pendant

Around the turn of the 20th century, purple violets were given to represent that the giver’s thoughts were full of love.

This pendant was originally an antique 10k gold pin (circa 1910) transformed by removing the pin findings and adding a 14k gold bail. The piece features wire strung pearls encircling a purple enamel violet with a glittery diamond accent.

The pendant measures 1.1 inch from the top of the bail to bottom by 0.75 inches wide. It is in good condition with a small bit of enamel loss to the violet.
