14k Gold Turquoise and Diamond Ring Created from an Antique Button

This 14k gold ring was converted from an antique button (circa 1880). It features turquoise cabochons and a single diamond accent at its center.

The face of the ring measures 0.65 inches in diameter and it has a 0.4 inch rise above the finger. The ring is a size 6.25 and in great condition. It can be resized free of charge.
