Antique Bulldog Locket of 14k Gold

An antique locket -- perfect for anyone with a bulldog or a sentimental attachment to the breed.

This 14k gold locket (circa 1900) depicts a bulldog with ruby eyes and a ruby studded collar.

The piece measures 1.35 inches from the top of the jump ring to bottom by 1.05 inches (when closed).

The locket is in very good condition; however, there were originally initials engraved on the reverse that were removed at some point in the past. The bloomed finish on the back of the piece was removed along with the initials, so the reverse of the locket has a slightly different hue to the gold than the front. You can also see the faint remnants of the engraving that was removed.
