Antique Sapphire and Diamond Conversion Ring

This ring features a deep blue 1.03ct natural heat treated sapphire surrounded by glittery old mine cut diamond accents.

The top of the ring was originally an antique 18k gold brooch (circa 1870-1890) that our jeweler transformed by removing the pin findings and adding a 14k gold band.

The face of the ring measures 0.4 inches by 0.8 inches wide, and it is in great condition. The ring is a size 7, but it can be resized free of charge.
