Victorian Aquamarine Pendant of 14k Gold

A regal Victorian pendant from 1870–1880, crafted in solid 14k gold and centered with a luminous 6.97ct pear-shaped aquamarine surrounded by delicate split pearls. Above the aquamarine sits an ornate gemstone crown set with a red spinel, two rubies, two emeralds, and a diamond, creating a vibrant and symbolic arrangement characteristic of high Victorian design.

The pendant measures approximately 1.55 inches from the top of the jump ring to the bottom by 0.65 inches wide, and weighs 4.82 grams.

The gold has been professionally verified using XRF (X-ray fluorescence) analysis and confirmed with jeweler’s acid testing, authenticating its 14k composition. It is in excellent antique condition, though there is a missing stone from the crown. This pendant is a refined and colorful example of Victorian craftsmanship, ideal for the collector who appreciates jewels with elegance, symbolism, and exceptional gemstone detail.
