Vintage Diamond Heart Ring of 14k Gold

This vintage 14k gold ring (circa 1950-1970) features a heart adorned with a pave of modern round brilliant diamonds and a 0.30ct natural untreated strong blue sapphire. The diamonds have a total carat weight of 0.95ct.

The face of the ring measures 0.6 inches by 0.55 inches wide, and it is in great condition. The ring is a size 6.5, but it can be resized free of charge.
