Antique Diamond Necklace | Diamond Bridal Necklace

Diamonds have long symbolized love. When the Greek gold of love, Eros (Cupid) shot a victim in the heart with one of his diamond arrows, legend has it that the individual was immediately love struck.

A perfect bridal necklace or anniversary gift, this diamond necklace (circa 1890-1910) features a silver-topped 14k yellow gold pendant on a 20 inch 14k yellow gold chain. The large Old European cut diamond in the top of the reticulated pendant weighs approximately 18 points (0.18 carat) and is H color, VS2 clarity. The large diamond in the bottom drop of the pendant weighs approximately 20 points (0.20 carat) and is H color, SI2 clarity. There are also twelve 1 point diamonds and one 6 point diamond bringing the total carat weight to approximately 45 points (0.45 carat).

The pendant measures 1.5 inches from top to bottom by 0.5 inches wide and the condition is excellent.
