It is said in old folklore that when a cardinal appears in your yard, it is a loved one visiting from Heaven.

This 14k gold satsuma porcelain charm was created from an antique button. The satsuma (circa 1880) is accented with a hand painted cardinal sitting atop a branch.

The pendant measures 0.9 inches from the top of the jump ring bail to the bottom of the piece by 0.65 inches wide, and it is in great condition.
