Daisies are historically a symbol of purity, innocence, and loyal love and commonly carried by brides on their wedding day.
This antique pendant features a daisy micromosaic of hand set glass tesserae set in an ornate 14k gold mounting. The pendant was originally a Victorian jewelry component (circa 1880) that was transformed into a pendant at some point in the past by the addition of a hidden 14k gold bail.
The pendant measures 1.7 inches from top to bottom by 0.85 inches wide. It is in good condition; however, there is small bit of loss to the tesserae on the middle right flower (visible only under magnification).
We are providing the option to purchase the pendant with or without the 17 inch 9ct gold chain depicted in the photos.
