Antique Pearl Heart Pendant or Brooch of 10k Gold

This antique heart pendant/brooch dates to the early 1900s (circa 1900-1910). It is 10k gold and accented with tiny half pearls.

The piece measures 1.2 inches from the top of the bail to bottom by 1 inch wide, and it is in great condition.
