Your wedding day is a perfect opportunity to create new memories, and jeweled keepsakes are a unique way to carry mementos of your special day with you forever.  One fun way to add a jeweled token of remembrance to your wedding day is by incorporating a charm or locket on your bridal bouquet or maybe the bouquets of your bridesmaids.  Bouquet charms might celebrate a special date, carry a hidden symbolic meaning, hold treasured photos of loved ones, or commemorate a meaningful event in your relationship.  They also make wonderful gifts for a bride-to-be.

When choosing a jewel for a bridal bouquet, you might want to think about a locket.  Lockets can carry photos of a loved one who has passed, or they might carry memories new and old (a photo of you and your significant other as a young couple and then one many years later).  They could also carry a photo from your wedding day.

Another option for a bouquet charm is something that is meaningful to you as a couple.  Maybe you would choose a ferris wheel because you rode one at a county fair on your first date or maybe you would select a sand dollar charm because your significant other proposed to you on the beach.  A charm celebrating your fur baby is another option if you have a pet at home that you both care deeply about.

Engravable charms also make wonderful keepsakes.  You can engrave the date of your wedding on a special charm or perhaps you would like to engrave your and your spouse’s initials on a locket.  You could also get a tiny engravable book to hold special dates (starting with your wedding date) or maybe you would want to engrave a romantic quote or line from a treasured love poem to commemorate your wedding day.

Charms with symbolism are another wonderful option.  Perhaps you would select a crescent moon to signify a new beginning or a tiny swallow to symbolize that you’ve found your way “home.”  Another fun idea would be to choose a charm that commemorates a special date-- maybe it’s the date you first met or the year or date of your wedding.

You might also consider carrying a jeweled keepsake of your bouquet itself (an enamel flower charm with one of the flower varieties from your arrangement).  Or maybe a wedding charm itself -- a wedding cake or a golden bride to add to a treasured charm bracelet or necklace.

Another idea is to incorporate something old and something blue.  Perhaps an antique blue enamel locket or maybe a sapphire charm.

Or perhaps you had a unity ceremony at your wedding where you each combined sand into one container as a symbolic gesture of togetherness.  A sand hourglass or glass locket could symbolize the unity ceremony or possibly even hold sand from the ceremony itself.

Adding charms to your bridesmaid bouquets is also a fun idea.  You could nestle matching charms into each of your bridesmaid’s bouquets as a thank you gift and memento your wedding day.

One thing is clear, whether you’re looking for a special keepsake for your wedding day or trying to find a unique and special gift for a bride-to-be, you need to look no further than bouquet charms.  The options are endless and the jewels can be passed down and treasured for generations.
