Antique Opal Heart Ring of 18k and 14k Gold

A charming antique ring centered with an opal heart, crowned by a green gemstone accent (possibly green zoisite), creating a romantic and softly luminous composition. The opal displays gentle play-of-color, its shifting hues beautifully complemented by the vivid green stone above, lending both contrast and visual interest.

Originally created as an antique pin (circa 1910), the piece has been thoughtfully transformed by our jeweler through removal of the original pin findings and the addition of an 18 karat gold band, allowing the historic element to be worn as a ring.

The face of the ring measures 0.5 inches by 0.4 inches wide, offering a delicate yet expressive presence on the hand. The ring weighs 1.78 grams and is presented in great antique condition, with stones secure and surfaces well preserved.

Currently a size 6.25, the ring may be professionally resized for an additional charge.

Metal authenticity has been professionally verified using XRF (X-ray fluorescence) analysis and traditional jeweler’s acid testing, confirming 14K gold for the original element and an 18K replacement band.
