Art Nouveau Necklace of 14k Gold

An elegant Art Nouveau era necklace dating to 1910, crafted in 14 karat gold and adorned with delicate white enamel, a vivid blue sapphire, and four luminous pearls. The elongated design reflects the graceful, flowing lines characteristic of the Art Nouveau movement, with refined detailing that highlights the contrast between the crisp enamel, the rich blue sapphire, and the soft glow of the pearls.

The pendant measures 1.8 inches by 0.4 inches wide and is suspended from a 17-inch chain, with a total weight of 5.30 grams. It is presented in great antique condition, with enamel well preserved and stones secure. The reverse bears the maker’s mark for Hagerstrom & Co. of Newark, NJ, adding desirable provenance and underscoring the quality of the craftsmanship.

Metal authenticity has been professionally verified using XRF (X-ray fluorescence) analysis and traditional jeweler’s acid testing, confirming solid 14K gold construction. A refined and collectible example of early 20th-century Art Nouveau jewelry.
