Victorian Diamond and Ruby Heart Ring of 14k Gold

An evocative antique ring with two gold hearts, accented by a natural ruby and rose cut diamond bound together with a delicately rendered silver-topped diamond bow. Rich in late Victorian symbolism, the twin hearts represent union and devotion, while the bow motif signifies binding love—an elegant expression of sentiment characteristic of the period.

The ring is 14k gold with a silver overlay atop the bow. The interior of the band bears the engraved inscription “HC to EP,” preserving its personal history.

The face measures 0.6 inches by 0.7 inches and is presented in very good antique condition; however, the band appears to be a later replacement. Currently a size 7.5, it may be professionally resized for an additional charge.

Metal authenticity has been professionally verified using XRF (X-ray fluorescence) analysis and traditional jeweler’s acid testing, confirming 14K gold and silver-topped construction.
