Vintage Moonstone and Sapphire Earrings of 14k Gold

An elegant pair of moonstone earrings centered with luminous oval moonstone cabochons, each topped with refined blue sapphire surmounts set in 14 karat gold. The moonstones display soft adularescence, their gentle glow beautifully complemented by the deep blue sapphires above, creating a graceful and balanced composition.

These earrings were thoughtfully created by our jeweler from elements of a vintage brooch dating to the 1950s, allowing the original stones and design elements to be preserved and worn anew.

Each earring is slightly different in scale, reflecting the individuality of the stones. One measures 0.65 inches by 0.35 inches wide, while the other measures 0.6 inches by 0.3 inches wide, with a combined weight of 2.93 grams.

They are presented in great condition, with stones secure and surfaces well preserved. Metal authenticity has been professionally verified using XRF (X-ray fluorescence) analysis and traditional jeweler’s acid testing, confirming solid 14K gold construction.
