10k Gold Bloodstone Snake Ring | Vintage Ring

Bloodstone, a dark green jasper with blood red flecks of hematite, was once used by magicians who believed it possessed the magical ability to make a person invisible.

This vintage bloodstone ring (circa 1920s) features two intricately carved snakes on the shoulders of the 10k gold band. The piece is in good condition; however the bloodstone is a later replacement and not original to the mounting.

The face of the ring measures 0.75 inches high by 0.95 inches from snake head to snake head. It is currently a size 10 but can be resized free of charge.
