Antique Diamond Hand Charm of 10k Gold

This charm features a hand of 10k gold with a pearl cuff and glittery old European cut diamond at its fingertips. The charm was originally an antique tie tack (circa 1920) that our jeweler transformed by adding a jump ring bail.

The piece measures 0.75 inches from the top of the jump ring to bottom by 0.4 inches wide, and it is in great condition. It weighs 0.81 grams.
