Antique Hand Pendant: This pendant features an 18k gold hand clutching a blue enamel belt, accented with diamond leaves and a chrysoprase cabochon. It was originally an antique brooch (circa 1860-1870) that our jeweler transformed by removing the pin findings and adding a gold bail.

The piece measures 2.4 inches from the top of the bail to bottom by 1.1 inches wide and weighs 13.05 grams. It is in great condition and weighs 12.72 grams.
