Antique Garnet Shield Charm of 14k Gold

This charm features a garnet cabochon set in a shield of 14k gold.

The piece was originally an antique stickpin (circa 1910) that our jeweler transformed by removing the pin and adding a 14k gold jump ring bail. The reverse bears the makers mark for Alling & Co. of Newark, New Jersey.

The piece measures 0.9 inches from the top of the jump ring to bottom by 0.4 inches wide, and it is in great condition.
