Antique Heart Charm | 10k Gold Heart

An outstanding puffy heart charm to add a touch of romance to any charm necklace or bracelet.

The ornately detailed heart (circa 1910-1920) is marked for 10k gold and engraved with the initial D on the reverse of the piece.

It measures 0.65 inches from the top of the bail to the bottom of the heart by 0.425 inches wide. It is in great condition.
