Add a touch of nature inspired beauty to any ensemble with these elegant dangle earrings.
The unique earrings date to the late Victorian era (circa 1890-1900). They feature sapphire and pearl insects resting atop shimmery gold leaves with matching pearl surmounts.
The earrings are unmarked, but acid test for 14k gold. They measure 1.3 inches from top to bottom by 0.4 inches wide.
The earrings are in good condition; however, there is a bit of lead solder on the reverse of the earrings that was used to secure the riveted insects onto the leaves.
Materials: Sapphire, Gold.
