Antique Micromosaic Pendant | Antique Swallow Bird Pendant

Swallows are the harbingers of spring and an ancient symbol of new life, love, and hope.

This striking pendant was created from micromosaics dating to the Victorian era (circa 1870-1890). The finely rendered micromosaics are comprised of hand set glass tesserae depicting swallows mounted in buttery 14k gold.

The pendant measures 1.3 inches from top to bottom by 0.8 inches wide. It is in very good condition with some minor abrasions to the reverse of the piece.

We are providing the option to purchase the pendant with or without the 18 inch 14k gold chain depicted in the photos. We also have matching swallow earrings that we are selling separately.
