Sculpted in solid 10 karat gold, the lizard is clutching two seed pearls and a single sparkling diamond accent, bringing a touch of brilliance to its sinuous form.

The original pin stem has been expertly removed and replaced with a custom 14K gold jump ring, creating a seamless and secure transition into pendant form.
