Antique Ruby & Diamond Insect Conversion Ring

This 9ct gold ring features an insect aglitter with rubies and diamonds. The insect was originally the head of an antique pin (circa 1870) that our jeweler riveted onto an antique signet (circa 1920).

The face of the ring measures 0.4 inches by 0.4 inches wide, and it is in great condition. The ring is a size 7.5, but it can be resized free of charge.
